Susan Niven

With over 30 years of experience in client services, Susan is key to ensuring our clients and advisors receive the outstanding support they need. Every day looks different for Susan, but some of her core responsibilities include everything from assisting with paperwork and opening accounts to conducting research and answering client questions.

Susan was raised in Montreal, Canada, but she has also lived in both Minnesota and California. Now a Valley of the Sun resident, she was drawn to Ironwood Wealth Management because of the small-company feel, but the opportunity to help others while learning new things is what really excites her and keeps her motivated.

Outside of the office, Susan enjoys playing pickleball and connecting with others in the community. She also loves hiking, nutrition, and, more than anything, getting to spend time with her daughter and grandson.
