Misty Kolmer serves as the Client Service Manager here at Ironwood Wealth Management, bringing nearly three decades of unparalleled customer relations experience to the team. With a rich background spanning 24 years in the hospitality industry and three years in real estate, Misty’s career journey is marked by her commitment to excellence in client service. Her academic pursuits led her to the University of Phoenix, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Misty combines her passion for root cause analysis and process orientation to efficiently execute projects and navigate challenges. Her primary responsibilities include facilitating client relations, managing paperwork, and leading a team of Client Service Associates to cultivate and uphold an enhanced client experience.

When she’s not in the office, Misty dedicates herself to family and personal interests. She enjoys collecting quotes that reflect her experiences and journey. Above all else, she loves spending time with her husband and three children, always cheering them on at their sporting events.
