Lauren Chavez, CFP®

Lauren serves as a Wealth Advisor at Ironwood Wealth Management. After 6 years at Vanguard, Lauren is excited to pair her investment and industry knowledge with the comprehensive and personalized wealth planning of Ironwood Wealth Management.

Lauren was drawn to the financial industry because of her passion to help people organize their financial lives and achieve their definition of financial freedom. She was inspired by her parents, who taught her financial responsibility at a young age. Becoming a financial planner allows Lauren to utilize the knowledge passed on by her parents, a love for math and satisfy a calling to serve her community.

Born and raised in Arizona, Lauren received her BS of Finance from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing other industry designations. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling abroad and experiencing new cultures. Since she can’t travel every day, she also loves to try new restaurants and spend time outdoors with her dog Lenny.
