Cean Kenefick-Rogers, CFA®, CFP®, AIF®

Cean has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and specializes in working with high net worth clients with unique investment needs. He graduated from the University of Arizona Cum Laude with a BS in Finance and a minor in Math, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. These are some of the most prestigious designations in the financial services industry and show that Cean is not only dedicated to improving the financial position of his clients, but he is dedicated in further education and improving himself.

But to Cean, what he does is much more personal than investments and portfolios. He watched his parents make common money mistakes and work with an advisor they didn’t have a good relationship with. He grew up in a household where talking about finances was faux pas, but later realized that talking about your finances with a trusted advisor could really lead to a better, less stressful life.  He knew there had to be a better way to approach financial planning, one that always put the client first.  Ironwood’s passion for education, process and client-advisor relationships is an example of this better way.

Cean is passionate about building a trusting relationship with his clients, helping them understand the value of working with a professional advisor, and providing them with confidence and peace of mind. His bright mind, integrity, and hard working nature are some of the reasons clients continue to trust him for their most important financial needs. He sees himself not just as a Wealth Advisor, but as a teacher, guide, counselor, and friend to many of his clients.

Cean has spent his whole life in cities throughout Arizona and currently lives in Chandler with his wife and son. He couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else “home” and lives about five miles from his high school. He has every intention of having his kids go there and continue the family legacy. Outside of the office, Cean enjoys watching sports, training (running and biking) before work, and spending time with his wife and son.
