Joanna Ramirez is a dedicated tax associate at Ironwood Wealth Management, where she excels in tax planning for our customers. Inspired by her upbringing in a Latino household with Colombian immigrant parents, Joanna started her journey in finance at a young age. This background led her to Texas Tech University, where she studied Accounting before pursuing Personal Financial Planning.

Currently working on the Enrolled Agent Exam, Joanna is enthusiastic about expanding her expertise — a reflection of her commitment to providing comprehensive tax planning advice. In the office, Joanna finds great satisfaction in her role, especially in helping customers minimize their tax liabilities.

Outside of work, Joanna leads a vibrant life. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, and she finds joy in hobbies like hiking, baking, painting, drawing, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
