Terra Curtiss

Terra knows the level of care and attention to detail it takes to successfully support a firm like Ironwood. Her day usually consists of maintaining contact with clients, providing and obtaining updated information for them, assisting with account paperwork, troubleshooting problems, providing support to fulfill the firm’s clients’ needs, and managing the client service administrator department.

In her role, she strives to exceed the expectations of the firm’s clientele through relationship development and the delivery of superior customer service. She serves as the liaison between client and Advisor and gets excited about helping individuals with all of their financial needs. Clients and coworkers appreciate Terra’s friendly, outgoing, personable, and professional attitude every day.

Terra is a Phoenix native and graduated from Arizona State University. Outside of the office, she enjoys exercising, playing sports, traveling, volunteering at animal shelters, and watching her favorite Chicago sports teams (she has family in Chicago, as well).
