SECURE 2.0 Act Seminar and Dinner Invitation

The SECURE 2.0 Act was signed into law in late 2022, delivering many new retirement planning provisions.  Ironwood Wealth Management is excited to share the highlights of SECURE 2.0, and to discuss how they may impact your retirement planning.

Some of the key topics we will cover include:

• Raising the starting age for RMDs
• An increase in “catch-up” contributions
• Auto enrollment in 401(k) plans
• Retirement plan contributions for those with student loan debts
• Rollovers of 529 Plan balances to Roth IRAs
• Changes to Roth employer plans
• New rules for qualified charitable distributions (QCDs)
• New limits for Qualified Longevity Annuity Contracts (QLACs)
