Marc Hugo

Marc is passionate about implementing financial organization and strategies that empower families to live their best lives. As an Associate Advisor at Ironwood Wealth Management, he works hand-in-hand with Wealth Advisors to understand clients’ goals and concerns, and develop plans tailored to their unique needs.

Before joining Ironwood, Marc spent 10 years at The Vanguard Group, where he worked closely with financial advisors and wealth management organizations across the country. This role exposed him to the power high quality wealth management has to enrich clients’ lives, and allowed him to hone his investment expertise.

Marc graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®️), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®️), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®️) designations, a reflection of his commitment to continuous learning, and dedication to delivering excellence and professionalism to his clients.

Originally from California, Marc now calls Arizona home, where he lives with his wife, Megan, their son, Walter, and their French Bulldog, Gerry. He loves adventure and can be found mountain biking, road biking, hiking, and hunting — activities that fuel his appreciation for the outdoors.
