Colleen is a seasoned professional who has dedicated a substantial portion of her career to the financial services industry. Recently, she reached a significant milestone by obtaining her Master of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Project Management from Grand Canyon University, expanding her knowledge and qualifications.

As the Director of Operations at Ironwood, Colleen’s responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including ensuring compliance, managing procedures, overseeing daily operations, and optimizing organizational functions. Her unwavering commitment to continuous learning and her dedication to exceeding client expectations serve as driving forces in her work. Colleagues and clients admire her resourcefulness, helpfulness, and strong work ethic. Colleen’s professional journey began in her home state of Arizona, where she has resided her entire life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her introduction to the financial services sector occurred during an internship at Merrill Lynch, and she is delighted to have returned to the industry she is passionate about.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Colleen enjoys quality time with her husband, daughter, and two English Springers, Wyatt and Iggie. She relishes an active lifestyle, cherishes opportunities to travel, and values spending time with her family.
